Minus cuisine (there is nothing special about the dishes, as described in the reviews, only raw taste and VERY high cost) By the way, LATTE coffee at the price of 75 hryvnias, think about it. The bill is brought quickly, but it takes more than an hour to wait for the order. Power supply (if you do not want to burn your new and expensive gadget, do not connect it to the outlet, high voltage surges). Cleaning once you will no longer see a clean room, only upon entering. Low noise insulation of the walls (if you wake up at night from screaming snoring behind the wall, do not be alarmed). Some of the rooms are on the side of the track (the management did not forget to install three chamber windows). The staff is not customer oriented at all (more than three times you have to submit a request to get an answer). The pool is small, not deep the management wants to make as much profit as possible during the season, so it provides a large number of sunbeds (by the way, which are always in short supply) and the water is never changed (be prepared to take a shower and wash off other people 's hair after each swim in the pool cream and other).
