Wawa - Voorhees

Typically, I have a good experience at this restaurant, but I was disappointed to hear Mikey using foul language in front of my 3-year-old while he was crying about not being able to get a drink from behind the deli counter. I also think Matt should pay less attention to his phone and more to what’s going on at the register. On a positive note, Caroline is always fantastic!

I often visit this Wawa since I live right behind it. I usually stop by before or after my long shifts at a restaurant. Recently, a few night shift employees have made mocking comments when I come in, especially since I tend to order the same thing. Today, I was served a partially frozen chicken sandwich, so I won’t be going back at night anymore. I found their behavior to be quite rude and unprofessional.

However, today I went at 1:00 PM and asked if they could brew some French vanilla coffee. I was told it was too late and they wouldn’t make any more. There was no apology or explanation. It’s frustrating because I’ve had positive experiences at other locations where they would always brew French vanilla and have it ready. Unfortunately, because of this experience, you've lost me as a customer.

I never had any problems with the Deli in this place. Add a Burrito bowl with chicken steak and forget it with Burrito bowl. Portion seemed kind of small. Sometimes employees do not want to disturb customers when they realize that they are low/from a particular ingredient or product, but that is why it is crucial. The food tasted good, as always only over which no chicken loafs escaped.

I love Wawa. I now live in CA and miss it. I wanted to give kudos to my favorite location since they are super friendly here. Definitely the best since I?ve had hit or miss on friendliness at some of the other locations.
