Black Olive - Voorhees

The restaurant has a nice ambiance. I enjoyed the octopus dish. We were served by a friendly Hispanic man. I believe the person wearing the chef's outfit is the owner/manager, as he appeared to have authority over the staff. The issue we encountered was that he engaged in conversation with all customers except us. Despite making eye contact with my wife and me, he never approached our table. This made us feel uncomfortable, as we were the only non-Hispanic customers in the restaurant. It is important for restaurant staff to treat all customers equally, regardless of their background. My wife was upset by this experience.

The food at this restaurant was excellent. My wife thoroughly enjoyed the chicken dish she ordered, and I found the gyro I had to be amazing. The tiropita appetizer was also fantastic. Our server provided great service, and the black olive has now become one of our favorite dining spots.

4 1/2 stars for the black olive. eating was well prepared, no shortcuts there. the menu is well thought out and includes a lot of directed. the sitting area is quite clean, but there is a design everywhere, my friend had to wear his jacket by dinner. the waiting staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu with their own personal choices, but they look each time revealed when I was there and why waiters can't remove dirt plates before they take out the next cursor?

I highly recommend trying the octopus at this fantastic Greek restaurant. It is excellent. Be sure to grab a bottle of their recommended wine and enjoy a Greek dining experience right here in your own city.

The food was out of this world and the staff was very nice and friendly I would definitely recommend this place
