I’m not sure of the ladies name however she was a manager at the Popeyes in Seville, Ohio. As a stood in line ready to order all you could hear was this manager yelling at her employees and talking to them like they were garbage. A quietly walked out of line and just went to Burger King. I will not spend my money somewhere where employees are treated like these employees were could tell that they were stressed out and doing the best they could. Instead of helping them, she stood there yelling at them. I most definitely will not be back. The lady needs to be fired and removed from her position. You do not treat people like that.

They might as well bring in the robots to this location. I planned a big dinner for 8 and drove 20 min to get to this Popeyes. I ordered a 12 piece bucket, an 8 piece nuggets, an extra mashed, and fries. When I got home, the nuggets and fries were missing. That would be 40 minutes round trip for me. So we made do with the 12 piece. I called twice and no answer. It took me 2 days to get back out there. When I got there, the manager was real rude to me like I was trying something sinister to get $10 after driving 20 minutes to get there.She asked me what I ordered and went through it item by item. The missing items amounted to what I paid. She then asked me if I had my receipt. I didn’t but I had the email that I made the purchase at that Popeyes, at the day and time in question. She then told me that I had to have the actual receipt so she could see the items, even though she just went through it out loud.I would have given it a 1 but it’s Popeyes and it is good.Still, they need robots here because they can’t pack food properly and the manager isn’t managing.
