Πλυμάρι Ταβέρνα Plimari Tavern

It is definitely worth visiting if you are at Pelion. The road is through Zagora, Pouri and then to Analipsi with just a small part of it being rather rough with stones and not ideal for a small car. Park your car in a nearby location and then walk along the beach to find the restaurant. The food is amazing and so is the view. Try the eggplant with cheese, galotyri (type of creamy cheese) and herring with lentils which was epic.

If they inform the locals about the best restaurants in the area, they cannot ignore the recommendation. especially when it comes from two different sources. they told us that the owner has a fishing boat and the catch becomes a menu. if they decide to visit, they ignore the first suggestion of Google cards, as there is a route that can be followed by a 4x4 or a lkw if they do not brave with their car. Instead, they follow the route that points to the analipsi area with an arrow. at the end of the road they will still have to follow the beach and not mistakenly trespass in the houses of other people, as I almost did

5 stars are too little for this hidden gem. it is one of the most beautiful taverns I have ever visited. the place is amazing. a cozy courtyard at the sea, as seen in the films of the 60s. eating was great (they must taste the Skoubri-Guna) and the people really warm, as at most places in pelion. they cannot be discouraged from the short ground road. it crosses two streams among the flat trees that add the charm of the target.

Top place on Pelion, great sea food, and vegetable home grown, very good prepared. Something definitely nice to try. Good service, good atmosphere, good location, a bit difficult to come by car , but still a very nice place. Family owned tavern with owner Spiros master of bbq. For someone who is looking for traditional regional fish tavern this is place to be.

One of the best taverns I have ever seen. Food is delicious, fresh fish is just too good. Great value for such a good quality meal. The location is unbelievable, can't get better than that (just look at the photos). Highly recommended.
