30 minutes South of Oslo. The best Shusy/Sashimy etc. I ever tasted. Friendly and good service, take away service. A cosy restaurant with a spectacular sea view. Hakon, Norway

A friend suggested we try her favorite sushi restaurant. She recommended the menu under Tempura Maki/Futo category. I ordered for the futo tempura which comprise of a deep fried scampi, avocado, chili mayonaisse sesame seeds. It was super good. In addition, I ordered a california maki. I think I will stick with the futo tempura or the other kind of sushi in this futo category. To be honest, I don't know what futo means but I can only tell you it is much tastier than the california maki. The order cost 180 kroner as I remember and you get 12 sushis. Very reasonable. The location is near the sea, really charming. We sat on the table with a view to the sea on the second floor. We saw the boat that came from Aker Brygge. Wish I have this restaurant nearby.

A typical Norwegian version of a sushi place...decent fish quality but overpriced and a bit boring all in all.. Loval chain operation run by philipinos and the typical kind and good for everyone style sushi with main focus on salmon. Not so much to choose from in the neighbourhood so it will do but not to often... Will not come back.
