A delicious salad and then the pork ribs and Jerk Chicken, plates loaded down with fresh grilled veggies, all cooked over the fire. Lovely setting as well.

I had the pleasure of meeting Chef Patty and enjoying her charming restaurant in Volcan during my current visit to beautiful Panama. Chef Patty's innovative approach to cooking and understanding of local ingredients came together to delight this chef's discerning pallete. I look forward to visiting Restaurante Cerro Brujo again !
Estuve en Fiestas Patrias en un evento escuchando a un artista nacional en vivo.El lugar es muy bonito, con vistas a un jardín y decoración de madera muy agradable. La comida me pareció deliciosa, sus ingredientes eran muy frescos, recién cosechados del día. Muy recomendable :
