Novus Traditional Food - Vlore

Wow, the food and wine at this restaurant were amazing. Instead of a buffet, customers choose from the available options at the counter and the food is prepared for them. My only issue was that I ended up with too much food because everything was so delicious!

The food was very delicious, and there was no waiting as all the dishes are slow-cooked and ready to be served. We sampled four dishes and all of them were surprisingly tasty.

It’s a really nice place with super good and friendly service. The food was good, not my personal favourite but it’s nice that you can pick and choose a little bit from everything. Great place to get a taste of the local traditional food, would totally recommend!

The restaurant is very expensive, with a stuffed eggplant costing 4500 lek and 4 eggplants totaling 17000 lek. It is too expensive for the city of Vlora in late September.
