Service is lame. Placed an order online for pickup ahead of time. Nobody called me back, didn’t send an SMS, but I still came for the order at the appointed time, not even suspecting that my order was canceled and, accordingly, not ready. Even if their manager called me and I did not pick up the phone (no one called me), then a normal manager would call back in 30 minutes to make sure that the client was not interested in the order.
