A fairytale place. Everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail, I couldn't have wished for anything better for my wedding, even expectations were exceeded. We thank Nunzia who took care of everything from the first moment and chef Anna for her excellent cuisine.
Staying at the castle, we decided to dine at the hotel every night. Our choice had been dictated by comfort since the Castle is very isolated and there were no restaurants nearby that we were interested in: never choice was more accurate. We ate divinant, a wide menu, excellent wine card, an extreme professionalism and friendliness of the room manager Mr. Santo and chef Anna Sinagra proposed to prepare only for us a dedicated tasting menu. I tried both the meat and the fish, both excellent, but like everything else, and to say an experience that I recommend, especially considering the excellent value for money.
In a dreamy atmosphere, with impeccable service, we enjoyed typical Sicilian dishes with a creative footprint.
