Food is very bad, Biryani and Chinese food is too bad, service also too late each order more than 2hours...., Very bad experience with Mayura.

Service is too bad, poor maintaining, food delivery is too late...., More than 1 hour, again food is no taste...., need to lot of improvement.

Rooms are ok but maintained, has Restaurant. Food is very good. They offer buffet lunch and breakfast. Party space is available, but these halls have A.C issues. One of the hall is not having lift access, one need to be cautious while booking. Management is polite but a bit rigid feedback is not taken on a positive note.

Most unhygienic ever... All the food items advertised are hardly available to eat ... Very unhygienic and people are sure to fall sick... How are such so-called hotels/restaurants fooling public in smaller towns and cities... A decent mess serving reasonable meal at half or one-third price could have been better... You don't even get bowls for items like sambar...

We visited this restaurant on the way, We ordered our food and waited for One and half hour (90 minutes) before they thought of keeping plates, We ordered 2 Soft drinks and one water bottle,Theyf that order until we reminded them, There is no response from service staff, they didn't even provide fork spoons to eat, Food is very low standard and also service is horrible, I very much doubt if the waiters are trained or just picked up from some other sources, I shall not visit this hotel.
