Madero - Vitória

Not the best hamburger in the world, as they state on the wall, but food is ok. Located inside shopping Vitoria's foodcourt on the first floor.

Service was not good at all, I wouldn't leave a gratuity if it was an option. Best described as slow, and inattentive. Food tasted good and arrived quickly. Vegetables w/ butter tasted microwaved however. Only had Brahma available for beer, and their cocktails/drinks are exceptionally overpriced and weak, but the worst part was waiting 15 minutes for a 150ml drink to arrive. Waitresses and the assistant supervisor walked past multiple times over 8 minutes after the first drink finished and was at the edge of the table, which was infuriating after waiting so long for a simple drink in the first place. The service did not reflect the prices or ambience inside the restaurant.

Maybe not thebworlds best burger, but a VERY, VERY good burger. Excellent staff too.

Now they have even vegetarian meals. So, if you are looking for tasty and different kinds of food in a mall, you can certainly find it there.

Terrible ribs(worst I ever had), the hamburgers had too much fat, very low quality products.
