J.G. Bar Restaurante - Vitoria-Gasteiz

The customer service here was awful. I had to catch a train after paying, but the owner wouldn’t let me leave until her card processor went through which took several minutes.

WORST FOOD EVER. We ordered several dishes from the menu of the day and they were all horrible. When we tried to subtly tell that to the boss, she had no understanding for us at all. She was rude, greedy and started yelling at us, telling us she wangedrag her money. Even if the dinner was for free I wouldn’t eat it. It was the worst experience in my life. DON’T GO THERE!!

Local that needs a renovation but very good service. the staff is super friendly. it's very well located.

Very weak food and much more for the price it has. I didn't like it too much, I won't be back (the opinion is based on the mid-day menu, they must have pintxos, but I didn't order)

Expensive and bad daily menu, we ordered paella and it was boiled rice with coloring, grilled chicken, I don't know what they understood by grill, it was stewed chicken
