Skybound Coffee Dessert Lounge - Vista

Picked a random spot after church, visiting family here in vista. Wasn’t impressed at all. Desserts were mediocre and my oat milk latte wasn’t anything to be excited about. Overpriced for what it was….Food: 2/5

I love skybound. I took my daughter here for a special daddy/daughter date and let her pick any dessert she wanted. She was over the moon with the chocolate fantasy cake. The staff was super friendly and made our experience here fantastic.Food: 5/5

This place is adorable and the service is amazing. The gentleman working today was so upbeat and friendly, and made sure to ask us before we left if we enjoyed ourselves (which we did) and he responded mission accomplished! I came here with my grandma and we had a lovely time. I got the passion fruit black tea which was delicious, my grandma got an affogato that she loved and we split the cheese berry tart- I was only supposed to have a bite but it was so good I couldn 't stop myself! We will definitely be returning

This review is about their gelato only. Never tried their coffee. I was shocked at their prices. A med cup(3 scoops) costs about $6+ . You can easily tell its not even fresh. They get from somewhere else. Gelato has an elastic texture whereas this is much liquidy like a regular ice cream. My daughter couldnt even finish it. Will never be here. Customer service wasnt great either.

This place is my favorite spot to get work done. I tend to get the lavender vanilla latte with oat milk and the breakfast croissant sandwich. They're both really good. I also like the decor. It's hard to describe but it's just a nice vibe. They've got a life-sized plastic skeleton year round which I'm a big fan of. If you do hang out there for a while you'll notice that they mainly play Jack Johnson and Passion Pit. So if those aren't your jams maybe bring some headphones and/or sit outside at the little patio area in the front. Also, the staff are really friendly. The taller blonde guy started to remember me too which is nice. Check it out.
