Los Cabos Mexican And Seafood - Vista

We have been frequenting Los Cabos since around 2006 and we absolutely love their food. The flavors are delicious, and their beans are a particular favorite of mine.

Fast forward to today, I decided to give it another chance, hoping for improvements. I ordered my platter without octopus or oysters, and I was pleased to find it delicious. It was still $3 more expensive than I remembered, but at least I don't have to drive to the San Marcos location anymore. I deducted one star from my rating because the two workers at the restaurant were not wearing masks. With everything that is going on, I believe they should have been wearing masks for the safety of customers like me who are following guidelines.

Los Cabos has consistently delicious food at reasonable prices and generous portions. While the dishes have a slightly Americanized twist common in many Mexican restaurants, Los Cabos strikes a good balance. I recommend trying the chilaquiles with green salsa (I like to substitute three fried eggs for the chicken) and their pozole. Their dishes with carne asada or any other meat filling are also highly recommended.

Not only is the food great the staff and owner are exceptional. Did a small last minute surprise party for my husband and they prepared all the food for me and had it all hot and ready to go. It made the night. All the guests raved about how good everything tasted. Can't thank you guys enough
