The traditional decor is nice and the food was good but nothing special. Service was lacking. It was Sunday lunch and quite busy, the location helps, and I suspect they don't have to make too much effort to get customers.
Good location ,good food and service and nice space! Not too expensive but perhaps a little overpriced !
A quiet, well located restaurant, to enjoy a nice meal. The atmosphere was cosy and pleasant. The service met our expectations and the food was tasty.
What a disappointment the first course I had a hair in my starter of shrimp tempura so sent it back. Then came the pasta tagliatelle that had so much salt in the dish all four of us couldn’t eat it so we sent it back . When the bill came we had been charged for the pasta and the manager only took off the bill my shrimp with the hair in it. After a bit he did offer to take two of the tagliatelle off even though we didn’t eat any of the four plates. Complaints book filled in as the hygiene problem with the hair and salt.
