Upon arriving at the restaurant there was no knowledge that I had any kind of reservation, and the reception was done in an arrogant way. The delay time was approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes and the quality of the meat did not follow the excessive price. When paying I was told that the 30% discount (for which I had booked on TheFork) did not apply to ANYTHING on my meal, as shown in the email that had been sent to me by I mentioned to TheFork that this could only happen with drinks and menus, as I did not consume any type of menu. Finally, when mentioning that I would pay but not return to the restaurant, I was once again arrogantly told do what you want In short, the lack of professionalism and sense of the professionals employed at the establishment made this an experience even worse, BAD!
