Starbucks - Visalia

I had one of the most unpleasant experiences at this restaurant. I ordered my food, and when I used the restroom for about 10 minutes, someone knocked on the door to inform me that there was a line outside. When I finally came out, I felt uncomfortable walking past the staff, especially since there was no actual line. I couldn't help but feel like I was being judged or profiled in a negative way. I’m 32 with three children and no criminal history, so their treatment felt unjust. My experience here was terrible, and I only came in to eat and use the restroom. The customer service was rude, and I felt stereotyped. I definitely won't be coming back.

I can only give this place two stars because it was quite disappointing. I came here to meet a client for coffee and a business discussion, but there was nothing available for us to enjoy! I'm sorry, but this place really needs some improvements.

The service is excellent, and they offer complimentary water. The staff is kind and attentive, just like always. The food options are great for maintaining a healthy diet.

I spend good money in dieucks. I love the products and the personal, but at this place visalia inner city, the oldest dame that works there is super respectless. today I asked about the toilet room. She looked at me like crazy. opened it for me and asked me to stay behind her far away, before I finished with my philosophical needs, she nods the door and said there was a huge line out there. I did my best to get out soon. but there was only one person waiting for the toilet room. I asked her where the line is. they said 3/4 people were waiting for the toilet room, but they went. what a lousy. she does not represent what dieucks means to me.

Wonderful place to come grab a coffee or a latte. You need a place to just relax and recharge stop by tried it out works for me it will work for u.
