Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Visalia

The food is decent, but this is one of the worst locations I've ever visited. Each time I've been there, something from my order has been forgotten. It's happened so frequently that I've decided not to return. I've also noticed a high turnover of employees; every time I visit, there seem to be new staff members. This might be a sign of poor management. Overall, this location is quite disappointing.

We were informed that we had to wait for them to finish all the DoorDash orders before they could take our order, even after already waiting for 5 minutes. Either the staff was not being truthful, or they need to improve their system.

I love Popeyes, but tonight was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I ordered 6 beignets and was charged $4 for a bag of powdered sugar. We ordered drinks, and they were served half-full without straws. Additionally, I only received a 3-piece chicken tender meal instead of the 5-piece I ordered.

This place never disappoints! The chicken is so tender it practically falls apart, and the unique cucumber salad elevates the experience, making it a great spot for a quick and satisfying meal. To avoid long waits, I recommend visiting during off-peak hours, as it tends to get quite busy. This will always be my go-to spot for a spicy chicken sandwich!

We ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with fries and a drink. The restaurant was very clean and not too crowded. The checkout process was quick and friendly, and our order arrived hot and delicious. Overall, it's a great place that maintains high cleanliness standards!
