Olive Garden - Visalia

I attempted to order delivery tonight and called five times. Each time, someone answered the phone but then it seemed like they just set it down. I waited about a minute each time, and on my last call, I waited around three minutes before getting hung up on. I could hear multiple conversations happening in the background. I even tried calling from two different phones, just in case mine was malfunctioning. If this is how you treat your customers, I can't fathom how you stay in business. The customer service is appalling.
