Dutch Bros Coffee - Visalia

Angel from this morning, I appreciate your vibes and thank you for not giving me a terrible awkward conversation this morning. You’re the first person that hasn’t annoyed me with the cringy convos. Otherwise would love if the drive through had a monitor so we could actually see what the shortest lane is since it is blind lol.

I am loving the Dutch Bros Coffee locations sprouting up around the area. I have tried almost all of them and I have to say that they have it down. The drinks are consistent in all locations. I tried the location on Akers following an appointment in the area and they did not disappoint. My Salted Caramel Chai was delicious and just the right temperature. I tried the Pumpkin Soft-top which added an entirely different level of flavor to the chai. The service received at Dutch Bros is also consistent. Their staff reminds me of In-N-Out, young, friendly and helpful. DBC locations are mainly drive-thru, but there are walkup windows and outdoor seating only. There are two drive-thru lanes which merge into one so it's important that you pay attention to where you fall in line.

Love the new drinks for the season but I was not a fan of this particular location only because both times I went my drinks tasted watered down. In other locations, drinks are perfect in ratio. The line is always long here which makes sense since it's off the freeway and it's near the police station. Customer service is good and the staff is fun.
