The food here is quite good. I would rate this restaurant five stars if the staff were friendlier and more welcoming. A simple "Hi, how can I help you today?" would make a big difference, instead of the usual "Order please" without any further interaction. Besides that, I have no other complaints. The food quality is excellent, and they've always gotten my order right. However, there's definitely room for improvement in customer service.

I understand that the drive-thru line can get busy, and I'm fine with that. However, I was not pleased with the girl on the other side of the speaker. I pulled up, and there was silence for about 2 to 3 minutes. Then, out of nowhere, I heard "ORDER!" After I finished ordering, the total came to $23, and that was the extent of our conversation.

The checkout process was friendly. I made a few minor adjustments to ensure my daughter could eat here gluten-free!

We've been here for decades! All flesh Burritos are the best. Tacos are particularly good when you get the Sunday special. The Taco salad is also good. French frits are hot and fresh. Every day everything is fresh. Appropriate prices, although they recently raised them and began, 50 ¢ for a small cup of water that is ridiculously imho. Especially if it doesn't say everywhere that they charge you for it or how much! You only get your reception and there is a fee for it.

A must in Visalia. Definitely a notebook dinner! My favorites...Egg, Meat and Cheese Burrito, Taco Salad, Fritten, Beef Combo Burrito and a crushed ice, 32oz Cola! The red sauce is necessary! And the staff is always friendly and quick to use!
