Arby's - Visalia

Love Arbys but decided to try the fish burger unfortunately i didnt like

The service was horrible, I was over charged the manager was to lazy to do the math on how much I was owed so she didn't even add the taxes or anything thought it was ok to give me less back. The drink area leaks, it has a mildew smell the drinks itself taste like mildew. The food was ok but 2 of us got sick after drinking water from here 1 got sick off of the slimy root beer, they spit most of it out once realizing something was wrong with it but it was too late.

Arbys milkshake is one of my favorites, but I got some at this location today and it was undrinkable. It’s like they poured the entire bottle of chocolate syrup inside my milkshake, I’m not exaggerating, my husband couldn’t drink it either, we ended up tossing the whole thing. The rest of the food was fine. This location was also very dirty, but we ordered online and took it home, so we didn’t have to sit and eat there. But unfortunately I don’t think we’ll be going back to this location.

Arbys food is consistently good no matter which site you visit. Service here was food, the staff were polite, friendly and knowledgeable. If you can get past the sticker shock, you will really enjoy their roast beef cheddar sandwich. And an interesting side dish is deep fried macaroni and cheese bites! Tasty. Yummy. Give them a try!

Filthy, floor's are super sticky, lids have soda all over them, ketchup all over straws, all sauces are empty, tables filthy, slow service. 2 customers told employees that all sauces were empty and the blonde headed girl didn't say a word and just stood there with no customers and didn't bother filling them. Another employee took his lunch break, and another employee just went to the restroom and didn't bother with filling or cleaning any tables or floors.
