Volcano Sushi - Virginia Beach

I’m only giving it 2 stars because the customer service was good and the hibachi portion size was good but the food was very bland. i had to use so much soy sauce and yum yum sauce to make it taste better. the “fried” rice was NASTY and it only had two pieces of corn in it? i never had fried rice with corn in it but it was so nasty there was no flavor at all! i got the chicken shrimp hibachi and they weren’t that seasoned either, the teriyaki sauce and yum yum sauce saved it. our server was new but he was nice :

This was my first time at Volcano Lou was my server. She did a good job. I enjoyed Beef Teriyaki. It came with salad and miso soup. I look forward to returning

Staff was friendly, everything was brought out fast ! Food was good I've had better sushi but these were still pretty good! The ramen was HUGE I loved that! Very chill if you go earlier in the day and later they start karaoke so music gets a little loud ! The drink I got was delicious I believe it was something with piña colada and rum. I would definitely go here again for the bar most likely and ramen yum ! I loved the scene the flowy images on the walls was very cool

The food was SOOOOO good. The waitress was busting her butt. She was doing the bar take out and 7 tables. Yet the service was still great. So nice and sweet to my 2 year old which is always a challenge to take a toddler out to dinner. She loved the noodles !!!Food: 5/5

The service in this place is terrible. It took over 45 minutes to get the sushi. Also, the waitress never came to check on us after the food finally arrived.The rolls are so small. In other places it get 2 rolls and a few pieces of sushi and I am very full. Here, I could have gotten 5 rolls and might be happy. They way overpriced for what you get.
