Kendal is the perfect employee for this smoothie stop because he is knowledgeable, helpful and enthusiastic about the smoothie ingredients, owners and his future in smoothies as well. I enjoyed the experience as well as the smoothie. The berries performance smoothie is delicious with 4 nutritional ingredients. I wanted avocado and this one has it together with protein powder, half a banana and berries. You can choose almond milk, soy milk or coconut milk if you are not water as a base. I chose almost milk. I felt that the banana was the dominant taste in my smoothie, but it was still delicious and refreshing. I would recommend this smoothie stop and plan to return. It is located in a great location on Virginia Beach Blvd near Lynnhaven Parkway. It is next to a grocery store and 2 doors of Thrive Physical Therapy sharing a parking lot with One Life Fitness. Healthy little row of shops.

Kendall behind the counter was very friendly and polite. He was eager to help me. My wrap and smoothie were very delicious and fresh. I wish they were located closer to where I live in Suffolk but I will definitely eat here whenever I pass through. Thanks for a great lunch.

These smoothies are great!! Oftentimes I'll get a hankering for a smoothie, especially after a workout next door at the Onelife. But I can't ever really justify getting one at Tropical Smoothie since half the smoothies on their menu have 80 grams or more of sugar at that point it's pretty much a milkshake. That's why I was pleased to learn that Smoothie Stop Cafe focuses on natural ingredients, and juices and smoothies with healthy macronutrients. What I was even more pleased to learn was that they still taste great! Plus they have way fewer calories since they're not chock full of sugar. The owner was very nice, and there's a discount off your first smoothie for Onelife gym members. Give it a try!

First time in smoothie stop- really delicious and so favorable compared to other smoothie spots. Did not have the name of the staff, but the guy with the hair in a bungalow was super well known and helpful. Come on!
