Just awesome. Have had the first meal from one of their chuck roast and I'll never shop a grocer again. Worth the extra cost.

We got fillets for our anniversary. I told the owner and he cut me two fillets. We both agreed they are the best steaks we’ve bought at a restaurant or store. Absolutely delicious!

Best place to get fresh meat. Jerome and his staff are very knowledgeable, and they will process your deer meat into sausage! Because he is a small business owner, his prices are a bit higher than a typical grocery store butcher but you are paying for quality while supporting a local!!! Definitely worth it. Also, they make a great sandwich!

We went in and bought a cowboy ribeye the other day and just had it for dinner. It was delish! I plan on coming back to get one of their meat plans and try out their sandwhiches.
