Mcdonald's - Virginia Beach

The McDonald's on Princess Anne Road near the Virginia Beach Courthouse does an excellent job. My two chocolate labs, Maxwell and Cooper, absolutely adore their ice cream. We make it a point to stop by for cones regularly. The staff is consistently friendly and often has kind words for the dogs, and occasionally even a biscuit to share. Their ice cream machine operates flawlessly—I hope I haven't jinxed it!

Without a doubt, this is the best location I've ever visited. The energy of the staff was outstanding. The food was hot and freshly prepared. It was a perfect 10/10 experience. Kudos to the owner for hiring such remarkable employees!

I've been visiting this McDonald's since I was very young, and it has generally been a great spot for a quick meal. However, today I felt compelled to share my experience after a little incident. I noticed a hot French Vanilla Latte on the online menu but couldn't remember the exact name. When I asked the man at the register for help, he abruptly replied, "This isn't a Starbucks," and his tone came off as quite unprofessional. I felt a bit ridiculed by his response. Thankfully, my sister was there to help me find something similar on the menu (which was a bit tricky since I forgot my glasses). After that, I placed the rest of my order, which I was pleased with, as always. I didn’t catch the man’s name, but this experience won’t stop me from returning or filing a formal complaint.

McDonalds at VB courthouse great location and for. Ordered, paid and receive food in under 5 mins. Best Sausage Mcmuffin as they added butter to the muffin with the sausage patty and cheese. Can't wait to go back

Above the courthouse, Jordan was there to assist us with the car-dine menu for my daughter every time we visit. He is consistently professional and friendly. He deserves a raise!
