Little Caesars Pizza - Virginia Beach

I placed an online order for pickup and arrived on time, only to find that I would have to wait another 30 minutes. After checking in, I was informed that my order was still in the oven. I waited another 10 minutes and asked for an update, only to be told they hadn’t even started making my pizza and that I needed to wait. Eventually, they said it was in the oven, but when I inquired about the long wait time, they went to retrieve a pizza that had been sitting on the back counter display since my arrival. Overall, my entire order sat for 40 minutes after I placed it, and it was clear they didn’t have a grasp on their process or providing accurate information. The main reason I chose this place was for their "Hot and Ready" promise, but the pizzas were neither hot nor ready when I finally received them.

Do yourself a favor and skip this place. We ordered pizza online, and the app said it was ready right away. After getting out of the car, we ended up waiting 20 minutes, and still no pizza. During that time, two teenagers working there were goofing off and wrestling with each other instead of attending to customers. It seemed like they never even made our pizza. We chose Little Caesars for a quick pick-up on the way home since the pizza is decent enough to feed kids in a hurry. In the end, we waited 40 minutes with no apology or explanation; they just claimed they were overwhelmed, even though there was only one other customer in the restaurant.

I've never had a negative experience here, unlike at some other places. I appreciate how well they perform their jobs and prioritize customer satisfaction. I highly recommend ordering from here! We love their Little Caesars specials and fantastic prices. A clean establishment makes a significant difference when it comes to food preparation, as you can feel confident that your meal is made in a sanitary environment. The friendly staff enhances the experience even more. This is definitely our favorite location, and even if we have to drive a little further, we always choose to order from this spot. A quick tip: make sure to bring cash for tips, as the app doesn’t allow you to add one. It’s important to show your appreciation, as they truly deserve it!"

I come in all the time I have been trying to get a hold of the store to cancel a pick up order...... It's not ready for pick up and I can't bc I needed delivery. I've called 6 times and no answer. It rings continuously with no answering service or options. . . I would just like a refund for the pizza deal I couldn't pick up

The manager is always pleasant. He makes sure my pizza is ALWAYS fresh out of the oven !!!
