El Azteca Restaurantes Mexicanos

We've been regulars at this restaurant for years. The kids love it. One of the few places in town where our entire family can eat without breaking the bank. I don't have a single complaint about the service. It's always fast, polite, and attentive. We've never had a bad experience. The food quality is solid. Of the Mexican restaurants we've visited in town, it's at the upper end of the middle of the pack. I typically get grilled chicken tacos and the occasional chorizo taco. It's always tasty. Now and then, my wife and I will split an order of carnitas, and we've enjoyed those as well. Definitely recommended.

The food was excellent, but the service was a little lacking. My friend asked for 'no ice ' but they put ice in her drink anyway. I asked for a lemon wedge with my iced tea and they didn 't include one. Other than that it was great.

Typical Mexican spot. Great service. We enjoyed the molcajete. Fair prices. Normal dining room for a Mexican restaurant. Like a lot of the Mexican places you find in strip shopping centers, but this one is above average. We'll be back.

4/4/22 Got seated, chips and salsa quickly. Then our drinks. We reviewed the menu and ordered. I ordered California Burrito and my wife Chicken Flaunts. Food arrived rather quick, my food was luke warm, my wife's meal came with refried beans, which she didn't like. Cost was a little high, but all prices are going up everywhere. Place was clean, staff was friendly and professional.

Cozy place. Very efficient service. Ask for more salsa and the white dip, you get it no questions asked. I ordered taco mazatlan which is fish tacos. It was really good, fresh and well seasoned. Also recommend their flan and churros (stuffed with caramel) they were yummy I forgot to take a picture! Will definitely come back to try other menu selections!
