De Rican At The Beach - Virginia Beach

My wife and I visited recently. It's real when I know. what I know is that everything tasted really good. make sure to ask about the portions, as it is very easy to have more food than the ability to end everything. the de rican sampler is great. the drinks were excellent. we had several drinks, and they were all as fantastic as eating. service was great. we look forward to a new visit.

This place is amazing! Gabe is fantastic and very personable with the guests. He always made sure our drinks were filled and that we were happy with everything we ordered. I highly recommend this place!

No clue what I was ordering since it was all new food to me but well worth the try if you haven't. Will definitely return when we come back to VA Beach.

I was thrilled to find a Puerto Rican restaurant at the beach. I'm Puerto Rican, and there's no Puerto Rican food near me in Maryland. My husband and I split la Bandeja Boricua. Unfortunately, they were out of the pork skin (which I really wanted). However, they asked if they could substitute chicharron de pollo. This was my husband's favorite meal of our week in VA Beach. I also enjoyed a kola champagne .

Good food all around. The Camarones al Ajillo was my favorite. The moon mofongo was decent. The apps were tasty as well. The service was great! Nicely decorated and gave the feel of being on La Isla del Encanto.
