Chili's Grill - Virginia Beach

I am extremely disappointed in the current state of this Chili's. Prior to the pandemic, they were always able to fulfill my To Go order accurately. However, in recent times, my order is consistently incorrect.

What happened to the chili at Redmill? It was missing for a few months, and the food we ordered was awful. The nachos were a dark brown color and tasted like a chili cheese Frito on steroids. The boneless chicken wings were cold, not even warm. The first time we were told we couldn't sit in the bar area by the hostess, who seated us in the dining room instead. We mentioned that the bar appeared busy to the young hostess, but she still placed a large table in there. It's a shame! We used to love going to this restaurant, but it seems to have changed so much that we don't want to return.

I give our bartender/waiter 5 stars, but I'm not pleased with the owners or management of Chili's restaurant. The bar area was packed and she was the only one working as a server. It's a shame that they don't have more staff on duty. It's clear that COVID-19 has had an impact on operations, but they should consider hiring more staff and increasing pay for their food runners. I hope they make improvements by 4/19/2022.

This restaurant in Virginia Beach has the most amazing staff members. We drive past another location in the city and the one on West Boulevard because the staff here really cares. Tonight, both bartenders were amazing. I regret not getting the name of one of the bartenders, but the other bartender, Reese, always remembers us and our special takeout order. Keep up the great work!

Great food server very nice location is beautiful. but not enough worker to help the server that covered all the tables there. management has to become more and more employees.
