Buffalo Wild Wings - Virginia Beach

I got to the place at around 9pm. I order a 10 PCs boneless , wing and 10 traditional. I was surprised that the order was in the table 2 min later. It was ice cold and very hard to cut with utensils. I asked the waiter to look at it and I even tried to cut a pc without any luck. He seems surprised. I got a new order of boneless wing 20 mins later. My French fries was also cold, but I am not a complainer and ate them cold. .

We made a pick up order. The bird dog combo was missing fries, the pizza was uncut and ice cold, and our dessert was missing the chocolate sauce. Literally all 3 items we ordered were incorrect in one way or another and it wasnt even busy at the store. Subpar quality check is far too common an occurrence at this location.

Came out to eat with my Mother for lunch and to watch the World Cup game, the restaurant was empty but despite this the service was terrible. The waitress was kind and sweet, but not attentive to us. Our simple order of just wings took an hour to come out, and we were told it was due to many wing orders however the restaurant was very empty and there were no takeout orders being done. The Nashville wings were not the best, not a lot of flavor and not spicy and somewhat overcooked. The other wings did not taste like Buffalo whatsoever and were not spicy. While sitting, we observed a couple at the front who we assumed were waiting for takeout, however they were trying to be seated. They had been waiting about 10 minutes. We then watched as a morose and angry looking hostess seated them without a word. Very sad since it used to be a fun and delicious place to go to watch sports, we will not be coming back.

Not the greatest we’ve gotten from a BWW. Opened the box and had not even a hand full of fries and they weren’t even warm. I don’t think this is worth $5 as a side. Second time this has happened..wanted to try it again to see if the first was a fluke. Don’t think we’ll be back.

This place sucks….the servers are not attentive and just sit down and talk. The managers never seem to be helpful
