If I could give them zero stars, I absolutely would. I really don’t like writing negative reviews, but this is the third time I’ve ordered ahead for pick-up at this restaurant, and it’s always the same story. They tell me my order will be ready in 15 to 20 minutes, but when I arrive around that time, it’s as if they haven’t even started preparing it! Each time, I end up sitting in the waiting area for at least another 30 to 45 minutes before my order is completed. You’re 3 for 3 with terrible service, and I never get a clear answer when I ask about the delay. You've lost a lot of potential business and good word-of-mouth because of this, and it’s really unfortunate!

The best wings in town, and the customer service is excellent!

I ordered online and encountered major issues. They claimed they never received my order and were skeptical that I had even placed one. I showed them the confirmation email, but that wasn't sufficient for them. They insisted on a printed version of the pending transaction along with the confirmation email. Simply showing the information on my phone was not enough. Eventually, they started preparing our food, but it was over an hour late. I even had to make an extra trip home and back because they wouldn't trust their own system or their customers. Not to mention, I wasted printer ink and paper trying to satisfy them. I will never return! The food isn't worth putting up with such terrible customer service.

I just spend over $70 dollars worth of food there just to be policed about hot sauce. He wouldn?t even let me hold the bottle, no cups were put out. He handled cash and cards and comes over to deal with food. Telling me one sauce per food because he gaveus ranch. So we told them no ranch. I can?t believe how stingy this place is. Never had this problem up north.

Anytime you?re in Virginia, this is the spot to get your wing. 47 different flavors. Love y?all lemon pepper and moon dust????????????
