Garlic Fusion - Virār

I recently dined at this restaurant and had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, especially the Malaysian chicken and dim sum which were fantastic. The chicken was tender and flavorful. The staff was welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend this place for Chinese cuisine when you are in Vasai.

Newly opened resto at busy ambadi road ..its small though catchy. Decor is pleasing..so is ambience.Service is apt and quick.Menu is displayed on a huge placcard..which is novel.We ordered for a chicken starter 'Malaysian chicken 'Served on a triangular plate..quantity appears to be less but is not..it suffices two tummies well. This dish was a flavour burst..moist ..welldone chicken chunks in lipsmacking flavours.For mains..we tried phad thai prawn noodles..Tagliatelle cooked with veggies and prawnsIt was good..not exceptionalWe also tried a mocktail 'blue lagoon ' .which was a complete disappointment..it was warm and no where near wat blue lagoon actually taste likes.Finally for the dessert..we opted for the classic sizzling brownie..it again turned out to be a disappointmentBrownie itself was not a brownie in any sense....sauce became sticky..brownie started charring maybe due to overheating of hot plate.Overall sweet and sour experience..though we recommend this place as the people here are talented enough to improve.

Ordered crispy honey chilli chicken and it was very tasty which was delivered quickly.The chicken was perfectly moist and well cooked would like visit it again and recommend it to others

Was heading outstation suddenly decided to walk into this joint. It was a quick pit stop but the outcome was amazing.<br/ Tired only three dishes, but would say 'out of this world '<br/ Prawns Burnt Garlic DimSum The twist to the regular DimSum. The flavours really suckulant. Perfect combination of ingredients<br/ <br/ Burnt Garlic Rice Green Thai Curry The two blended to perfection. The Thai curry was really rich and wholesome. I have nothing but compliments with regards to the meal and service, the food was excellent.A varied and delicious menu, all beautifully presented in a very pleasant way..
