Lotus Chinese - VINTON

The Lotus Restaurant is a great place to stop taking out for some. I say that, because there are only offers. They've only been gone since the Kovid, but that's OK.

I think I and my two friends got food poisoning, we barely ate something, it was terrible. In addition, not even 20 minutes after leaving we have been all nausea and have diarrhea for the last 18 hours: If we wanted to know that they told us to go to the hospital and if they had food poisoning, the health department would contact them: it is very sad.. bad service we had to wait at least 10 minutes before we even approached drinks, never once was asked if we wanted to refill and call the waitress if we needed anything.

We always love the food of Lotus!!! Great service, great price and good food!

Staff are always friendly and special that an elderly lady! She is always ready to talk to her customers and could brighten up every day!

I really like Chinese food, so I went there based on the great reviews that I found. Boy was this a mistake. First off, they forgot part of the order. By the time I noticed, I was in the hotel for the night. When I called them they refused to bring the items to me. The girl that answered the phone had a bad attitude and acted like I was lying to her. When she gave the phone to another lady whom I assumed was the owner, she said that I had to come back to the restaurant to pick up what I had ordered because they don 't do delivery. Then she raised her voice to me and said what you want me to do several times and was very upset that I called her out on their mistake. She kept yelling at me what you want me to do and wasn 't listening to me at all. Then she hang up on me. So rude. But the worse part was the food was downright aughful. Everything I ordered tasted like it was made with scorched or rancid oil! So I only ate a few bites and threw out the rest. It was the worst Chinese food I 've ever had.
