Unbelievably slow. It took 20 minutes to get my food. There was only 1 guy in the restaurant who ordered before me and 2 cars, yet it took 20 minutes.

Bless the 2 women working tonight (12/19/23). If I had to put up with what they did tonight then I probably would of ended up in jail because the drunk guy working was ridiculous and definitely didn't belong anywhere in public that drunk... let alone at work... where your dealing with customers! You ladies deserve a raise and he should be fired. Between his belligerent mouth and trying to play his personal speaker with music that's really not appropriate for a fast food restaurant or his nearly falling every other step and refusing to go home after he was told at least 4 times to leave, I don't see how he ever got the job to begin with. I happened to be the only person in the store and it still took 33 min to get my (2) cravings boxes because they were having to deal with Ol Drunky. Good luck with all that Taco Bell you lost my business for a while.

The sign says they close at 1:00a.m I was there at 12:50 which I understand is still close, but they didn’t answer the drive through till 12:55 and then went on to tell me their closed. I then said “I thought you guys didn’t close till 1” and he responded with “yeah, so”. I would’ve understood if he told me that they had already shut the grill off and I can only get certain things. But that’s just ridiculous.
