This is the worst Sonic I’ve ever been to. We waited FOREVER for our order longer than 10 minutes. Then when we got it, it was wrong however we were charged for what we originally ordered. The lady that came on the speaker kept asking “what did you order” and I told her what we ordered each time vs what we got, and she’d just keep saying “yeah but what did you order”I said do you mean what did we RECEIVE?? And she said yes. SMHShe came out and asked the exact same question like she didn’t understand it the other 3 times I said what we ordered vs what we got. Then we had to wait ANOTHER 10 minutes or so (a total of 26 minutes waiting at this place) for them to remake 1 sandwich. Then, the food was so underwhelming, it was nowhere near worth the time waited for it. My breakfast toaster was basically just bacon and cheese the piece of egg is so thin you can see through it. I asked for jelly and they said they don’t have jelly at this location. Our order should have been free at this point. They didn’t even apologize for the wait. I wouldn’t recommend this location AT ALL and they need customer service training.

Manager Johnathan was being highly disrespectful after I called to tell them my food was made wrong. I don’t think they should be treating costumers like this especially if were being respectful. I will not be coming back to this Sonic costumer service was aweful.
