Not sloppy either, like a lot of other restaurants. The fries are okay, not bad, but not my favorites. Great milkshakes too! Highly recommend! The people were great too. Fast, courteous service and impeccably clean restaurants. Yeah, I ate at three different locations on a four day trip. Don't judge me. Oh, and lest I forget, the prices are reasonable!!! I got lunch for my brother and myself for the cost of one person to eat at someplace like five guys...better food too, imho!
As usual, great butter burgers, onion rings cooked to a perfect crispness. And the service was great.
Best fast food in Naples. Can't even eat at other places without it tasting fake.
The manager of the establishment offered to put my coworkers food under the heater whilst he ran out for an emergency. She went out of her way to accommodate our needs and was very kind through that process.
Let’s start with the drive-through. The call box is working, yet there’s a young lady outside before the call box creating longer lines. Why? Number two the young lady at the window did not verify my order. She only handed me my drink and said here. Number three I received my order incorrect. I proceeded to park and go in and let them know that my order was wrong and they corrected it. I asked for a manager at that point and the cashier turned around and said to someone behind him he’s asking for a manager. The manager turns around looks at me and says “what’s up” and turns back around while filling an order. I stand there awkwardly as the employees look at me and turn around and look at him awkwardly, and we all stand there awkwardly, waiting for him to turn back around to finish talking to me. It was very bizarre, condescending and rude to say the least as he was not interested in anything I had to say. About 15 seconds goes by and he turns back around and I continue to let him know why I was there to begin with. I proceeded to let him know that the young lady at the window did not verify my order and that was what created the issue with my order. The whole point of verifying the order at the window is to make sure that the representative and/or the customer did not make a mistake in the ordering before the order is fulfilled. The employees at the counter were great. The employee at the window not so much, and the young lady outside taking orders is totally unnecessary because she is creating a longer line for a short drive-through window. They do not have a lot of real estate here to line up cars. At the very least, the manager needs to be trained on respect and cordial behavior. By acknowledging the customer and facing them when you start a conversation, you remain in that position until the conversation is over is basic respect. Showing concern for the customers complaints even if you have to fake it is part of the customer service experience. Not sure if the gentleman was having a bad day or what his problem was because he was surrounded by six employees so he wasn’t shortstaffed at the front counter. I might expect this type of behavior if they were busy, but they were not busy at all. I visit Culver’s on a regular basis and most days I only eat at Culver’s or Chick-fil-A. I expect better service and better behavior hopefully in the future from this location and I hope the franchise owner does as well. Thank you.
