Went through the drive thru to order a plate and asked for half rice and half chow mien, she didn’t hear me the first time so i said i wanted both and i heard someone in the background laugh and say “both? that’s crazy” she asked if i meant half and half i always ask for that and know others who order it like that as well so i don’t understand the confusion. when i got my food there was like 5 small pieces of chicken and a ton of green beans. the employee seemed very fatphobic and robotic. I did an online order, and it wasn’t up to my standards so I came back to ask if it could be remade. They were very accommodating and we’re glad to help make things right you can tell customer service is their focus! This specific location can't retain a manager to save their lives. Always going through staff changes and it really reflects in the service, absolute worst Panda in the area. IT IS WORTH THE EXTRA COUPLE MILES TO OREM, this location is the WORST. Wheelchair accessibility: they hate people with disabilities. We always love Panda, it's been a while but it's just as good as I remember. Vegetarian options: I love the options and taste of all the options.
