Jardin Del Arte Sano - Vinales

The vegan burger was very special and I did not expect such flavors here in Vinales! Beautiful surroundings beautiful music and perfect piña colada!

Being vegan in Cuba is not super easy and this is the first place I've been using a vegan section of the menu that includes 'Ropa Vieja' Vegan, Vegan Burger, a vegan rice dish, a salad, a sauteed vegetable dish and a vegan sandwich. There were also olives. I had served the burger who was a homemade patty with tortilla style chips (probably plantain) and some veg. To dessert a delicious grilled pineapple and rum dish, which she just on the ice for (first dessert i 've seen in Cuba). The staff was beautiful, the environment was incredibly beautiful and the drinks delicious. Lightly more expensive than other places, but still only around £4 for the Burger.

Just back from Viñales. We went to Jardin del arte sano to hear live music and have a cocktail ,but ended eating a vegan Burger and some shredded vegetables. Everything was delicious. As Amandai notes, the vegan menu is limited but our dishes where great. Its also the only bar that have live bands every evening with great atmosphere.

Lovely backyard surrounded by plants. There is a vegan menu section, including dishes with vegan cheese (made from pumpkin) such as bruschetta, veggies, sandwiches etc. The staff is really nice and there is free wifi.

This venue is stunning with a relaxed atmosphere. We stopped by multiple times during our vacation and always enjoyed the live band playing. Even watching them rehearse in the afternoon was entertaining. I tried the vegan burger, which was surprisingly delicious and a rare find in Cuba. The staff were friendly and it quickly became our favorite spot in Viñales. I highly recommend it!
