Had a fantastic lunch here recently. You can't go wrong with the menú del día special of the day The day we were there was the Special Lentejas lenses and they were particularly delicious. I lived in Spain and can say that these lenses were all as good as anyone I had there. My husband enjoyed his chicken with potatoes. The meal came with a salad that caprese this day. My only complaint was that there was no basil on the caprese, only some sprinkled, dried oregano. Dessert was included, but was 't gluten-free, so I had to skip it. Update: Return to dinner early January 2018. I had the Costillar de cerdo a la Segoviana, it was from this world! The cook told me the ribs were boiled for three hours, then broken to get a nice crisp top. The meat was delicious, and the sauce was amazing. I'll say this dish was super rich, and not something I'd order fequently, but great like a special treat. Or, It is enough to share with another person, in this case you can then enjoy an appetizer. My husband tried the Pimientos del Piquillo relleno de brandada e Bacalao. I didn't try it because I had so much on my own plate, but he said it was excellent. Together with the food, we tried the Sangria, also delicious. We ordered the glass, but that was a lot, next time only two glasses. During both visits the music grabbed my attention, it was Spanish from Spain and included both oldies and new things. I enjoyed the Nuevo Flamenco they played. This is a restaurant that we definitely visit again!!
I've been coming since it opened. Always friendly owners and employees and great food.
Excellent attention and very good food, one of the things I liked, was the wide table, excellent place!
This restaurant offers a culinary experience that seeks to recreate and rescue authentic flavors of the Iberian Peninsula. The entrance to the restaurant is welcoming and intuitive, with spacious spaces that invite you to share; decorations of the Basque country and an impressive gastronomic offer. The letter is extremely wide, including the region and denomination of origin of the products that includes each dish to ensure the most inclusive transport to Spain. In my personal experience both the chef and the garzone were atentxes of my comfort at all times, the chef himself took care to suggest specialities in addition to detailing their preparation and content. To include the stew in the cake they had an exquisite variety of vegetarian dishes that went far beyond a simple salad or fries. On this occasion I tasted some exquisite pumpkin meatballs(? If I remember wrong, I was extremely satisfied. Honestly the prices they charge for the extraordinary range of flavors they present is ridiculous. I recommend this place closed eyes and hope for its greatest success, congratulations.
