The food was delicious and I could only eat half as the part was very big. There were dining tables and large umbrellas outside, as it rained slightly, but I stayed dry. Inside there are many cool photos of the city's history as well as old photos of famous people. Great place for a unique experience.
OMG Your guys this place is very popular from the charts at the locals this place offers an excellent traditional KINDER menu and excellent wine list and probably the best Pisco sour I have ever tasted please visit if in Viña
Traditional and authentic restaurant from 1930. Walls full of pictures, pictures and history. Nice bar and delicious food. Try tortilla riojana, chorrillana or lengua nogada.
A cozy, warm and welcome place. Eating very well and traditionally to Chilean culture. Nice place.
I ordered the callos de Espana, the dish was pretty true to form, very mildly spiced yet quite flavourful. I asked for a little hot sauce and was brought Tabasco and Ahi Chileno. The Ahi Chileno was very flavourful and surprisingly picante and worked magic on the callos. The rest of my party all ordered lomo liso with papas salteado and some ordered beef a lo pobre. All three plates had mountains of fried potatoes. The pobres each had 2 fried eggs over the meat. The others in my party were all quite happy with their meals. The head waiter and the waiter at our table both offerred to speak in English, which I did not take advantage of as their description of the dishes was within the capacity of my very limited Spanish. Summary- great service, great tasty food, great pisco sour, highly recommended.
