I really enjoy the authentic vegan options at Noosa. I have visited a few times and can't get enough of their vegan smoked carrot sandwich and vegan pho. Their bowls are also delicious. However, I have to mention that there have been some mistakes in identifying which dishes are vegan and which are not. Despite telling me they were fully vegan, they once served me a bowl with milk white chocolate, even after I had explained my preference for vegan options. They did remove the chocolate from my bowl when I pointed out the error. The staff are friendly and open to discussion. I recommend speaking with the owners if you have any doubts about the menu.
