Indeed, the different dishes were not advertised and we had to repeat the commands several times the frame is beautiful but not specially emphasized since the emptyings were visible outside and there is no exterior lighting to go to the parking lot. the room is exiguous and the decoration is the family there was only one menu although several menus as well as a map were announced on the website that we asked for an amendment since one of us did not eat lamb. the chief then proposed an alternative, but at the time of service we did not have this alternative. Since they forgot. The dish arrived 15 minutes later. the servings are correct and the dishes are well presented it is more than a hotel restaurant than a gourmet restaurant.
We returned there after 9 years and we found the same wonder, both at the room level, and at the reception and quality of the services. dishes that are served at the restaurant are undoubtedly gourmet: the chef manages to make you discover unknown flavors. No false note, no presentation, no cooking. the wine list is complete and very well achalanded. you can choose, with confidence, the selection of the wines offered. They marry perfectly with the menu.
The castle of the vignée can be happy to have convinced the fabulous owner, the best cook in 2009, to take care of their kitchen. In this improbable setting mixing bourgeois and firm Art-deco castle, I tasted a carpaccio of lotted all in color, tasty rillettes of lip (a surprise attention of the chef) a wild duck cooked to perfection accompanied by its wood mushrooms and a purée of panais as well as a sweetness around the hazelnut. in a few words, good continuation and thank you for marvelling with our eyes and taste buds!
The Castle of Vignée is lucky to have convinced the amazing owner, who was named the best chef in 2009, to take charge of their cuisine. In this unique setting that combines a bourgeois castle with Art Deco, I enjoyed a colorful lotte carpaccio, delicious hare rillettes (a surprising treat from the chef), perfectly cooked wild duck with wood mushrooms and parsnip puree, and a hazelnut dessert. In short, keep up the good work and thank you for delighting our eyes and taste buds!
