Alright ! I can no longer rate my order so I'm leaving the review here. I ordered online and wanted to write my phone number and added a number. I received an email asking to note the delivery etc. So I put a bad rating saying that I could not evaluate it because I had not had an order (had to pay) hoping that they would contact me again. Ps: I haven't had any feedback yet and I hope the team won't hold this against me. I called directly, where the gentleman explained to me that I had made a mistake and that unfortunately the delivery man was dispatched. I apologized for this mistake and explained why I had not paid attention to the telephone number. I had time to go downstairs and wait 1 minute for the delivery man to arrive with my order. I apologized to him again and that I was afraid that someone had collected the order without paying. All of my apologies. And thank you for your responsiveness

On m’a demandé 0,50€ en plus alors que le compte était bon. (On devais me rendre quelque centiment) Et attendre plus de 5minutes notre commande alors qu’elle était prête après avoir payer. Ça serait bien d’avoir des employés qui savent bien compter et organiser. Merci
