Responsive to a delivery issue via a takeaway meal platform: Imperial fully managed the problem, and was ultra responsive. And it’s still just as good! Many thanks

I ordered twice in 2 weeks. The first time, I received my order 1.5 hours after the initially scheduled delivery time. The second time, after 1.5 hours of waiting after the scheduled time, my order was canceled. The restaurant does not answer the phone. It’s a disaster, I strongly advise against it. I just ate all the trays of fries which were cold (5) the sandwiches taste weird it's not very good the burgers are cold and all that for a 45 minute wait Price per person: €30–40 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

So it was very very good especially with their tchakchouka specialties and the cheese sauce and the boss is nice and smiling Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Since it's no longer the same team it's become nonsense, last night I had a very bad stomach, I couldn't stop throwing up, the tacos are very badly made if there's no meat , no sauce and finally uncooked fries is this normal? another point noted is that if you speak French no one will be able to write down your order.
