True customer since 2014, it is the best sushi restaurant in Villefranche: thanks to Hélène for this constant quality requirement since the beginning.

We have been guests of this hotel for many years, and were very happy so far, the freshness premiums on all other sushi establishments of the calade! However, since 3 times, we have faced a bitter disappointment. The rise in prices is normal, and justified in view of the current situation, however, quality has since fallen considerably, and in terms of flavors, and in terms of quantity! Especially for cabbage salads, where quantity has, I think, double!! And yet we are not big eaters, but it’s really limiting, and this since the beginning of the year! We are now septic with the idea of returning, moreover, the reception from the arrival in the restaurant for the order withdrawal, is no longer warm at all, yet it does not seem to me to have noticed a change of owner? It is really a pity...
