In view of the positive reviews I think I had a bad evening. The dough was EXCELLENT but that's all I could eat... I ordered an Emiliana, suffice to say it was soup inside, I couldn't even eat it because as soon as I took a part, whether with cutlery or by hand, pouring everything out. I'm not exaggerating when I say soup. Even the next day it only looks like mush. But I repeat the dough was excellent. Being new to Villefranche, I'm thinking of looking elsewhere because paying to only eat crust can be a bit expensive...
