Big D's Smokehouse - Ville Platte

So we decided to try a new place for lunch today…Big D’s Smokehouse. Well I’m very sad to say don’t waste your time or money. Called in an order at 11:00 was told it would 10 or 15 minutes got there at 11:25 and they didn’t even know where it was. Finally got it at 12:00 and it was wrong! Ordered a jalapeño burger with onion rings combo. No jalapeños on the burger had fries so they went cook onion rings brought them out dropped some on the front check out counter then tried putting them in my plate!! Never gave us our drinks. No doubt the patty is left over and reheated. Will never go back. Rude workers cussing at the counter. I don’t normally rant like this about a restaurant, it has to be a really bad experience for me to say something. We want places to make it but you have to have better service than this!

Great place for Bar B Que, burgers, seafood and Salads. Bu far one of the best Philly Cheese Steaks I've ever had.

Got pork and chicken last time. Got my order erong and chicken was raw and pork was burnt. Ordered pork today, got there and told me they were out.

Best bar b que in Ville Platte! Highly recommend a visit!

If you want your bbq smoked, this the place. I love their brisket as well. So juicy!!!
