Restaurant Chez Julien - Ville Lambert

We were a small group sitting on the terrasse. More than half of us ordered plates, the kids wanted desert, and we all bought 2 pitchers of sangria for 80$. More than half an hour after we ordered our food and specified who did not want to eat, the "boss" came and with a VERY condenscending tone told us we were all to order a plate or we could not drink. He also took the time to let us know all the clients he lost by sitting us here. I felt like we were some 5 year olds and we were being so lucky he sat us here now we need to order an expensive plate or get up and leave. We politely said just to send us a fry or small salad for the rest and he said NO, you need to order a plate!. I could never believe the rudness in his attitude so we all got up and left after paying his outrageously overpriced sangria which was all sparkle by the way. I took the time to tell him that he was just rude and had no people skills. I will never ever come back to this place!!

Après 2 pichet de Sangria (80 $) et la commande des plats une personne est arrivée pour nous dire que tout le monde doit manger, commander un plat. ( on était 8 adultes et 4 enfants, 3 d’entre nous ne voulez pas manger)). OK, amener quelque chose pour les autres. « No il faut commander un plat complet » ,avec un ton d’incroyable méprise. Je n’ai jamais cru que ça peut exister encore au Québec. Il a ruiné notre soirée entre amis.

Very Cute little bistro staff is very welcoming! Food is good a bit pricey.
